Day 1- Favorite Song

Hard to choose… But ATM it’s The Lion And The Wolf from Alchemy Index : Earth

Day 2- Favorite Album

It’s tie actually - and it’s written on my shoes - between The Artist In The Ambulance and The Illusion Of Safety.

Day 3- Least Favorite Song

I don’t know if I have one… Truly I don’t know.

Day 4- Least Favorite Album

I like all albums actually, it’s more like songs I listen to a lot and songs I don’t listen too much to.

Day 5- Favorite lyric/quote

This is a hard one. But yet gain, my shoes are here to help me. I’ve one of my favourite lyric written on them : “Do I trust my heart or just my mind? Why is truth so hard to find in this world? I’m waiting for a sign.” From Stare At The Sun.

Day 6- Merch you own/want

I have a few t-shirts, buttons and a poster but mostly I have the green and black rubber bracelet they had when Vheissu came out. I had two actually, one got broken so I bought a second one but I never wore it, I don’t want this one to break too.

Day 7- Concert Story

My favourite was in Milano, Italy. I arrived early, like two hours before the show because my train was early and I had nothing better to do than go to the place already. Dustin, Eddie and Riley were outside the venue and I had the chance to speak with them, take pictures with them and thank them for all the awesome shows I already saw.

Day 8- How the music has impacted you

Thrice is one of the only band I wanted to follow outside of my own country. Also, they helped me open my mind and hears to hardcore, which at first I only considered noise.

Day 9- How you feel about Thrice’s change in styles over time

Even if at first, I was surprised, I like the fact that they experiment with styles. They are still talented even in other styles and this makes me love them even more.

Day 17- Who you would you want oppening for Thrice

Oh this is hard to answer… You have to think about many things, like “will this band fit with Thrice’s style?” or “would I like to see Thrice with … at the same show?” I don’t know if I can actually answer this one… But if I had to give an answer, I’d say Affect Head, a local band from my hometown, because this would mean a show in my hometown.

Day 18- Who you want Thrice to open for

Finch. This is legit the first things that came to my mind. Also Boysetsfire. If I can get a show or festival where they all play, I would be in heaven.

Day 19- Your opinion of the Christian themes in the lyrics

I don’t actually have an opinion. I like their lyrics, period. They can write about Christian themes if they want.

Day 20- Favorite Live Video

Live? No idea… But music video, I loved the one they did for The Image of The Invisible, I think this will remain my favourite.

Day 21- The wildest thing you would do to see Thrice in concert

Wildest? I don’t know… I’m not a wild person. “Wildest” thing I did was going to Milano but this is not so much.

Day 22- How you discovered Thrice

Through my best friend and also they were at my first punk-hardcore festival. Funny thing is that on CD, I didn’t like them on first hearing but after the live, I was all “omg they are amazing!” and my friend who go “dude, I’ve already played them at home, don’t you rememeber? You said it was noise.”.

Day 23- Your reaction if you met Thrice

My reaction was that I was totally shaking and I bet I was blushing hard and my voice trembled.

Day 24- Band member you admire the most

Dustin.

Day 25- A band you would recommend to other Thrice fans

Duh I don’t know… There’s a lot. Boysetsfire, Finch, 36 Crazyfists, Strung Out, AFI…

None to my liking. But when I asked them to play T & C, Dustin told me he probably wouldn’t as they played it too much. So yeah…

Day 28- What you hope the next Thrice album will sound like

Hope? I don’t hold any hope for a style, only hope that they will surprise us again with the next album.

It’s not to be explained. I loved them from the first time I heard them live and never recovered since. Their lyrics, their music, their videos, everything they do makes me happy. <3
